Note: This command is only available on MPE/iX systems. MPE/V release 3P
contains support for altering the submission time of jobs in the SCHED
and WAIT queues.
The %ALTSCHED command lets an SM user change the scheduling parameters of an
existing job in the SCHED state. You can specify which jobs to re-schedule
