windows NT and ODBC

Has anyone succeeded in getting ODBC and windows NT to work?  I know that
there is a file HPPCAPI.PUB.SYS which is really a pc executable
(hppcapi.exe) that will install the 16-bit drivers under windows 3.1.  No
problems there.  What did anyone do to get the same connectivity to work
with windows nt (4.0)?
