Well it wouldn't be limited by Image. We have real world customers
running systems in production with upto 1800 concurrent users.
I am generally comfortable that MPE can deal with 1500 (+/-) depending
on the details within the environment.

Image logging is limited to 1140 concurrent, but that is only if
logging is enabled and only applies to users who have the the database
open for write access.
