Naaaahhhh...

For one thing, this server is located in the U.S. and would be
considered a U.S. person.  That's under FBI's jurisdiction, not NSA's.

Secondly, this e-mail server would be most likely be considered 
Open Source, public-domain stuff.

Don't think Echelon, ... think DCS-1000! (a.k.a Carnivore.)
(Better yet, they have some poor agent who's been demoted,
and subscribed to this list as punishment.)

(What they do with the emails AFTER they are collected, THAT's
different.  Perhaps they share, ya' think?)
