Subject: Did I find a new feature of the PRINT command?

Recently I accidently wrote:

        :PRINT ,<filename>

This seemed to lead me to a cat-like command where you could exchange
the contents of the file with what you wrote after pressing <RETURN>.

If you afterwards try to print <filename> you will get what you wrote
after having pressed <RETURN>. But, if you do a LISTF,2 on the file it
still has the old characteristics.

I think I was using MPE/iX version 5 but I am not sure.

Have I been staring to much on the screen on my workstation or is this an
already documented feature of the PRINT command?

Rgds.
