If you have access to the job file you can add ;SPSAVE to the file equation
for the output file. That way it will not be deleted when the spooler has
finished printing it.

I want to capture a file that's being printed to a printer so I can have an extra 
copy of the file.  So, while the job is actively printing that output file to the 
printer, I'd like to make another copy to a disk file.
