I see a lot of mails about NPCONFIG.PUB.SYS, that say it solves a broblem
with jam_recovery and pjl_supported.


Our problem is that some printers that print a lot during the nightm have a
jam, but when you solve it the other moring a lot of copies are printed. We
see in the spool dir that it indeed did the reprints. We want to turn this
of (fix the problem)

We also have some matrix printers connected to a Jetdirect box, they have
the same problem.


But I can not find this npconfig.pub.sys file. Any advise on how solve these
problems?

We have Solaris 7 with the printing software E10.05
