What were you trying to do?  I have seen something like this when trying to
use the copy command without specifying a destination name.  It should work
without it, but there was a bug.

If this is the source, then just include the destination name such as:

copy x.ralph,x

and that should take care of it.

If that is not the situation, we need more details as to what you were
doing.
