I've noticed on an older DTC48 recently that NMMGR will not reconfigure
the DTC online as advertised in MPE/iX 5.5.  NMMGR gives you a warning to
that effect.  In this case I simply power-cycled the DTC or did a
remote reset from TERMDSM to force a new configuration.  (Which is what
NMMGR suggested to do when it couldn't reconfigure online.)
