Sorry, repost to include Iraqi civilian casualties, but how do they determine who is a civilian?

I wonder how many would be dead under Saddam, certainly not the 40 US soldiers who lost thier
lives last month.

One other detail left out of the video, a second wounded man was in the room, he moaned and showed
his hands, he was not shot.
