Can't help but agree with Joe. Anything coming from these jokers at HP now
is nothing but rhetoric and lip service.

We call the 800 number and we get directed to these idiot C/S's in India
who haven't even heard of an HP3000....

It would seem to me that those companies who have paid their
hardware/software service contracts and can't even get any response from
the 800-633-3600 (??) folks have a great breach of contract case against HP.
