There is no startlog for system log files - you can try resumelog but if that doesn't work then I believe your only option is a reboot

I believe that you must STARTLOG. Then, SWITCHLOG should work.

Can anyone advise what to do if my system log file appears to be locked up. WWhen I type SWITCHLOG, this is what I get.
