For me, as an advocate of continued (resurrected?) free speech, I am upset
whenever anybody gets arrested/harrased/bothered by the police for any form
of
speech. We have had this ridiculous concept of 'free speech zones' in LA.
This man needs to continue to remind the authorities that all 50 states
constitute a 'free speech zone'.

Wayne -

My question was directed as Michael, since he was the one who broached
the issue of this man being detained by the police.

1) You did not answer the question, neither has Michael.

2) You evidently did not read the caveat I wrote after since you did not
address that issue either.
