I was just wondering what the process is for member initated By-Laws changes.
Wouldn't it be interesting to see a By-Laws change submitted by the MEMBERS that puts the (s)election of the
Board back into the hands of the membership.  I wonder how fast some current members of the Board would
find some way to kill it.

For the record, I have voted in every election since 1984, and I voted against the recent change twice.
(once by my personal membership, and once by the company membership [it's good to be king;-) ])
