Not 100% sure where SHRINK came from, but IIRC it was a former MPE RCE
here from Germany (Siegfried Gladitsch) who wrote it. It was never part
of FOS or any other normal HP deliverables.

Better supported :  there is a new DUMPCOPY utility which gets
delivered as one of the TELESUP tools via MPE patch NRCMXN4 for
C.75.00.

It will make a copy of a DISKDUMP file, but only copy the really
used pages/part of the file.  This way you can leave your DUMPxMEM
files in DISKDUMP.TELESUP alone, and the copies will appear as if
you had used SHRINK on them.

You may want to install MPEMXN6 at the same time, to avoid a system
hang that can happen with IOs on >4GB files.
