Netbase v.10 and Perl all better.

Hi folks,

Just wanted to let you all know Quest was
very helpful in getting the upshifted XL's
resolved.

Just needed an new AUTOLIB.USL.NETBASE
file, re-ran AUTOINST (as MGR.NETBASE so
this is AUTOINST.PUB.NETBASE)

Then to fix the PERL.PUB.SYS program
which showed all the upshifted XL's I did the
following:

LINKEDIT

>ALTPROG PROG=PERL.PUB.SYS;
        XL=" <all the lowercase hfs xl files here> "
>EXIT

When I next tried to get into CPAN with perl, all was
well again.
