The JSMAIN is also responsible for processing a few commands, including:
  SETCATALOG, CHGROUP, ABORTJOB, BREAKJOB, RESUMEJOB (maybe a few more?).
Also, network servers adopt under JSMAIN, including telnet and NS/VT
servers,
though I don't know if this would be any CPU overhead for JSMAIN.
