Hi James :)
Ok... found out from the Response Center that this is a known issue that
"happens very rarely" and that the only way is to bounce the box because the
3k has lost it's ability to talk to LDev 3400.
But! the RC did give me a work around that is working very nicely... I
am switching OF42 from 3400 to 3401 and it is able to print without any
trouble... hence why the RC says that there is no way to clear the problem
without bouncing the box. :( :(
Oh... welll.... I will bounce the box late tonight after the Auto Show!
