Put something like:

   file loglog=loglog.pub.sys,old;acc=append
echo '!hpldevin logged in at !hptime' >*loglog
   reset loglog

into your startup UDC. If you don't have a startup UCD, create
one. You'll also need to build the file LOGLOG.PUB.SYS as say
an FA 72 byte record file with a reasonable capacity. Depending
on how your user, group, and account security are set up, it might
make sense to put the LOGLOG file in its own group or account since
fiddling with group/account security is more straightforward than
individual file security.
