Tracy,

Many SMTP mailers are now getting options ensuring that:

1. The domain in the e-mail address is resolvable to DNS

2. and that the E-Mail Address is a valid address

before the mail will be sent.

Most likely, the NOSPAM in the address is a SPAM prevention feature, and
your mailer more than likely have this feature. Either that, or the foreign
SMTP mailer is returning it because there is no server with NOSPAM in the
group of servers, or the mailbox dosen't exist.

Basically, since this list goes to Usenet, which is farmed by spammers,
adding this screws up the spammers, so it has a good side for the sender,
but a bad side for the people replying. People using this technique should
indicate such in their message. Also, check the return address itself, and
fix it up by removing the NOSPAM. It's a pain, I know.

Best Regards,
Joe
