You are indeed right to be concerned about the Year2000 for this platform.
Your best source of information regarding this machine can be found on a
link from the HP3000 Jazz Server..

At the bottom of the index page there is a link to classic HP3000
resources. This shows up some very interesting information about the
Classic HP3000 line of machines and HPs policy, including specific Year2000
Information. I think it would look good for your case to get the details
"from the horses mouth" so to speak.

Also, if you have an app without Source and no support - and - you can
prove the app holds dates without the Century, then it's a pretty good
indicator that the app can't handle > 12/31/99 dates.
