Thank you so much.  It works!  One of the XLs change--XL.DIAG to
DIAGXL.PRED.  That solved it.

    I had the same issue also when I upgraded to 6.5.  Here is the command
that my ASE gave me.  It works great on both of my machines.
RUN PSSWINVP.PRED.SYS;XL='XL.PRED.SYS,DIAGXL.PRED.SYS'
