Michael,
I'm running a 979/200 (K-class) under C.70.04.
We regularly use FTP.ARPA.SYS to FTP files to Windows servers. It works
fine.
I haven't heard anything from HP about no support for FTP in particular;
however, we have 3rd-party support for hardware and software.
Peter

Subject: [HP3000-L] CMT vs FTP

Is anyome familiar with CMT? My understanding is that it's an FTP type
process.
I have an application running on an N class under C.70.01 that uses
FTP.ARPA.SYS to send & receive files from a 3rd party and I'm being told
that they will no longer support FTP and that I must change to CMT.
