I wonder if the increase in bounces related to what I believe was a nation
wide shutdown of Netcom's network. We were down from Tuesday 19:00 EDT
until around 15:00 on Wednesday. Supposedly, most of Netcom was back up
9:30AM EDT on Wednesday.

My purpose for this message is to see if Netcom was down nation wide.

To save bandwith, email me directly.
