I really need assistance as I am at the end of the rope.  I have followed
all the help offered by the folks here and belive I have everything
configured correctly.  I cannot start arpa.  I get an error stating

(ANUtil):ERROR 31995 STARTING ALLBASE/NET LISTENER FOR ARPA

I can ping the address that I assigned to the 937LX using NMMGR.  When I
try to start a TELNET session using QCTerm I get:

<TELNET Connect Error: [10061} Connection refused>
A few questions,
If I stream JINETD.NET.SYS, must I also run ARPA?

I copied the optional security file INSECSMP.NET.SYS to INETDSEC.NET.SYS
but did not edit the file to allow or disallow any addresses or networks, I
left everything commented out,
(when I tried to edit,I got "SOCKET ERROR" but that is a differnet story!)
Could this be the problem?
I appreciate any help I can get.  I am a novice on the 3000.  I talked
management into leaving the 3000 running, so I am anxious to get it on the
network. Please feel free to call me. (I am off Sundays and Mondays)
