Wait!  Don't do that yet!  I left out something VERY IMPORTANT!  Don't leave
the BULDJOBs in PUB.SYS!  Put them in a group that does NOT have R:ANY!
These jobs contain every MPE user, group, and account password on your
system!

3rd party security users who have disabled PARM=-1 can ignore the previous
paragraph.
