Where is says:

""The whole idea behind autonomic computing is to help database
administrators reduce database complexity and improve the quality of their
service. It is generally believed now that system administration can account
for the lion's share of the total cost of database ownership," said John
Charlson, an IBM company spokesman."

What a grand opportunity for Image and MPE, oops, too bad they're obsolete
now...

> QUOTE OF THE DAY:
> "I think that now it's a time of pragmatism in
> the IT world. Many users have been burned
> because they may have deployed technologies
> that didn't have a clear value proposition or
> they deployed applications that didn't have the
> right infrastructure to scale and, therefore,
> never got the business value."
