When entering passwords for ftp connections, you must enter them in the
order, 'userpass, accountpass' (without quotes, but with the comma
separator).

Subject: setting up ftp

I'm trying to get inbound ftp up and running, but I can't log in. The
session looks like -
220 HP ARPA FTP Server [A0008D26] (C) Hewlett-Packard Co. 1990
USER dpmgr.ids
331 Password required for DPMGR.IDS. Syntax: userpass
PASS *****
530 User log on unsuccessful
QUIT
221 Server is closing command connection
I can put the password in the user command but that makes no difference.
On the console I get the following message
** NS/3000 NetIPC ERROR IN RPM; Job: #J1224; PIN: xxx; Info: 0
- Error: 15
- Socket error : 116; DESTINATION UNREACHABLE.
Any ideas on what I'm missing? FWIW outbound FTP works fine and is used
everyday.
Thanks, Lane
