Mark, I am not sure that "48th" means much. For example, I am sure that New
England
ranks higher than Maryland because its winters are colder. In my travels to
California
I have not noted a particular energy savings. For that matter if ALL the
cars I see
in California are any indication, how can Californians being saving energy?
