No, that was sarcasm.  My vote was for "Hewlett Instruments".

Agilent.  Is the world going insane, or am I just getting old and out of
date?

Good news for Agile Enterprise who own the agilent.com domain name and
thus possibly a trademark on the name Agilent.  Couldn't they even come
up with a name for which the domain wasn't taken?  One assumes that Agile
Enterprise will eventually make big buck selling their domain name to New
Co. (assuming they haven't already done so before they found out who was
buying :-)

Hell, "New Co." is a better name than "Agilent".
