Venturing even further off topic...

There's an interesting product called "Sundial" available for both
Mac and Windows (95 now, NT later).  It's not even a screen saver;
it's "wallpaper" (or the Mac equivalent), but with a twist:  it's
a series of outdoor images synchronized with the sun.

They went out somewhere, kept the camera focused on something for
24 hours, and took a picture every 5 minutes.  The software looks
at the system clock (time *and* date) and at your location (on the
Mac, based on the Map control panel), so it can adjust for the expected
amount of daylight.

They have two collections of pictures:  California and Hawaii.

Anyway, for $20 (one collection), I think it's pretty neat.
