I haven't tried block mode screen handling to HPUX using QCTerm, but I have
beat up on QCTerm extensively testing block mode screen handling with MPE
(V/PLUS), and it works just fine. Wirt and Vickie have worked out all thie
issues QCTerm used to have handling V/PLUS screens. Presumably it will work
with HPUX now as well.
