Happy Friday,

Are there obvious and/or inherent problems when calling
a Native Mode subprogram from a Compatibility Mode
program ?

Well, other than you can't directly call an NM subprogram from a CM program,
there shouldn't be any problem. You'll have to use the HPSWTONMNAME
intrinsic to do what you want. Unfortunately, you'll have to code it
yourself as the SWAT tool only goes from NM to CM, not the other way.
