Ned,
I am not quite sure how to "prove" what they are currently set to... but
To set them and look at the current settings
NMMGR
<F1> OPEN CONFIG
<F2> NS
<F2> UNGUIDED
<F2> Link
Put in the name of the link and hit <F5>
Follow the prompts to set 100MB and full duplex
Be sure to SAVE data and validate. Then stop and start the network.
