Something that I have never understood is the open systems apparent dislike
for the word 'profit' - I have no objection to making a profit nor do I
object to others doing so.

Re: "Management by magazine"... but look at all the good Dilbert cartoons
that we have!  Without a "Management by magazine" philosophy, I wouldn't have
half the funny stuff on my fridge door!
