I think you made a most salient rely to Tom with your question. In a
private exchange I answered one of Tom questions but asked him for
quid-pro-quo -- I'll answer one of your questions if you answer one of
mine. Tom didn't.
It appears to me that Tom is avoiding having a dialog or exchange. I
decline to play a role in a one sided monologue or examination. I
suggest that policy for this list.

As to the TurboImage article I would note that the 4GL's were relevant
because they supported TurboImage. As did aspects of MPE-X and SuprTool.
Although I first think of it as a utility, SuprTool was/is also a 4GL.
