Depends on how your OpenMail interfaces with the POP server to send the mail.
 I would check in that area, but I know nothing of OpenMail.  Check to see if
it converts to MIME.  In general, use the dumbest protocol possible,  this
way your mail can be read by everyone, but it contains nothing but straight
ASCII characters.
