There was a thread about ORBs  using a large amount of cpu time in the last
month.
I have had a "problem" with mail coming from a blocked site that continued
to try and open an SMTP connection every second only to have it block.  I
finally had to block the IP address (195.221.249.240 ac-poitiers.fr) on my
router to stop the incoming traffic.  This maybe the problem the other
poster had.
