Then maybe before making promises for 2 years he should have checked if it
can be done.!!!
Nobody forced him to make a promise that he can't keep.
But if he makes a promise, we expect it to be kept.
If I get asked if something can be done, I check and evaluate it, show the
risk and problems and then get it done.
That's what we expected from him too.

Vendors show record sales on the HPe3000 !!!
Why can't MPE be brought to the IA64?
He says it can't be done. That's all we hear.

He personally can gain alot from the merger too.
Bonus for staying with HP (6-12month extra pay) .......
