We have an old CM Inventory Package running on our 957 under MPE/iX 5.0.
I'm looking
to try to improve performance as much as possible and wondered if you guys
have any
handy hints.

Note - we do not have the Source Code for this system!! - the first person
to reply to me saying
convert/recompile it into NM gets a prize for not being able to read
his/her email properly <g>

So far, I've OCTCOMPed everything in sight and would like to convert some
CM KSAM files
to NM -but- these are very old COBOL Programs and would probably use the
old CK...
routines. Are these forward-compatible with NM KSAM Files or would I be
wasting my time
converting the files only to find the darn thing just don't work?
