Hi Gentle Listers,

In an effort to adopt today's technology, I'm looking for DLLs supposed to
provie SHA1/PHP APIs for Windows. the ultimate objective is to enhance an
application by enabling it for authentication and encryption.

Could anyone point me to, if not the DLLs themselves, at least some
well-documented technical resource about SHA1 and PHP for Windows ?
