Would this have to be placed in a UDC?  If you create a script and call it
'stream'  it won't be executed because the CI will first look at the STREAM
command.

Corrections welcomed.

Well you can create a script that will do this.  You just have to account
for all the parms that the stream command has.  But the basic script should
have:

copy !jobfile,!jobfile_copy;yes
stream !jobfile
