Nothing has changed in a long time. Only the tapes are one day older than before. Its happening on Multiple magazine slots, ie first case was slots 1 and 2 auto loaded fine, slot 3 baulked; Did a test using slots 1 and 2, slot 2 baulked.
I suspect the drive itself more than the magazine or the tapes now....

Thanks,
john

Did it work before and now is not working? Did you change brand or model of
tape?

HP lists this as a magazine sticking issue - it will load a tape as directed
at magazine load time, but on using a tape, ejecting and loading next it
fails, brings up an amber flashing led and error 112.

Cartridges feel ok, no signs of lifting labels or anything foreign inside
the mag.

Any body have any experiences to share please?

thanks,

John Pitman
