This is typical of a user in Reflection/Minisoft/QCTerm/etc closing or
exiting the terminal window before they do a ":bye".

This one is a mystery -- may have something to do with any "option
logon" UDC processing. Not normal at all (IMHO). As a wild guess,
perhaps you don't have your LOOP interface started?

You could disable console logging of that subsystem in NMMGR, but I
would not recommend that option. You may very well miss some logging
messages that are truly important.
