In my opinion there should be NO ONE in our government making over $70,000 a year.

They are not doing what should be done...They are not being diligent enough...

We should not have people who cannot get a descent education
We should not have people who go to gangs instead of school to get an education
We should not have people who sell drugs or their body instead of school to get an education
We should not have mortgages greater than 1/3 of a person's monthly salary.
We should not have ...

If these simple things are beyond those in Congress and the Senate then they are not worth the huge salaries they are being paid. I would do the things above and I would not need the ridiculous salaries they do, since that money can go where it is needed.

As long as I can pay my bills, and eventually retire I am happy. Getting $120K a year does not make a person happy in the end.
