As regards the CREATEPROCESS problem, the Native Mode CREATEPROCESS
intrinsic's parameter types have changed.  The CREATE-ERROR variable
should now be S9(8) COMP, where it probably was a S9(4) COMP.
 
The CREATE-OPTIONS and CREATE-ITEMS arrays should be changed to S9(8)
COMP as well.
 
The SON-PIN and PROG-NAME variables are unchanged.
 
As I don't 'do' Cobol, I don't know about the missing '_start' entry
point or what the problem with the '.LOC.' call is.
