Since NetIPC sockets use AFT enteries (like files; I believe same in the
posix world),
wouldn't it be nice if I could IPCGIVE an open file to another process?

If IPCGIVE placed the socket (or file) into the global AFT area, could the
giving process
now die leaving the socket still available for IPCTAKE?
Of course, this raises another problem; how do I cleanup given sockets that
no process
has taken; or list them; or even list files in the global AFT?
