If the Minisoft ODBCSRVR (or JDBCSRVR/OLEDBSRV) finds VECHECKLOGON in both the SL.PUB.SYS and HELLO.PE.VESOFT, we call the copy from HELLO.PE.VESOFT.

If you are using ODBC with Security/3000, ensure the BACKG job is running.

If not, make either of the copies of VECHECKLOGON inaccessible.
