Anyone know of any issues with KSAM64 files ?

We're regular users of KSAMXL files, but it looks like some of our larger files are about to hit the upper limit, so we're probably going to have to convert them up to KSAM64.     I've converted a couple of these files in our test area,  but my concerns are 

- Shareplex/Netbase shadowing compatability 
- any perfomance issues.
