Hi HP3000-L,

Today I received not one, not two, but THREE pieces of mail from HP:

1) The standard proxy card stuff I've been receiving for the past month.

2) A form letter from Richard Hackborn.

3) An Airborne Express Pack begging me to either fax, e-mail, or pre-paid
Airborne Express Letter Express my "Yes" proxy vote.

If all this effort is being expended for my piddly 292 shares, clearly HP does
not feel that victory is assured yet.
